Downloading Movies, Musics etc using BitTorrent.

Bit torrent files are used to share all kinds of files in a peer-to-peer environment. Applications, movies, games, and music are examples of what can be downloaded/uploaded via torrents. First you need an application that manages them in order to establish a successful connection (think of BitTorrent, for example.)



1. Download BitTorrent.
BitTorrent are programs that are able to open .torrent files and use the instructions in the torrent files to locate the appropriate data and download it for other people using BitTorrent clients. You can download BitTorrent for http://www.bittorrent.com .


2. Download torrent file.
Once you install the bittorrent to your computer, you will need a place where you can find the torrents (or files) you want to download. I personally recommend following site where you can fine torrents files:-

• http://thepiratebay.org
• http://www.mininova.org
• http://torrentz.com

 
3. Starting your downlaods.
Once you've obtained the torrent file from wherever, you simply need to import it into BitTorrent. There are several ways of doing this.

• Click File then Add Torrent in BitTorrent (or press CTRL+O) and locate the torrent file.
• Double-click the torrent file. (Only works if you've associated .torrent files with BitTorrent - BitTorrent asks you if it should do this the first time you run it. If you clicked 'No', you can do this by going to Options, then Preferences in BitTorrent, then clicking Associate with .torrent files under Windows Integration.)
• (advanced) Click File then Add Torrent from URL in BitTorrent (or press CTRL+U), and enter a URL from which the .torrent file can be obtained. 

What is Seeding? After a file has completed downloading, a BitTorrent client will continue to upload the file to other users who are running the same torrent unless the user cancels the torrent or shuts down the BitTorrent client, which is known as "seeding."

What is Leeches? Leeches are users who run torrent files and abort the torrent as soon as their download is complete to avoid seeding.
